High-Performance Flocculant for Wastewater Treatment
Anionic Polymer AP-1889 is a high-efficiency flocculating agent designed to enhance solid–liquid separation in a wide range of industrial and municipal wastewater treatment processes. Formulated for rapid floc formation and excellent settling characteristics, AP-1889 improves treatment efficiency while reducing sludge volume and chemical consumption.
This polymer is particularly effective for wastewater streams containing negatively charged suspended solids, making it ideal for clarification, thickening, and dewatering applications.
It is commonly used to enhance water viscosity or to promote flocculation by aggregating suspended particles, enabling rapid settling of fine solids.
This synthetic polymer can be customized to suit a wide range of treatment applications.
Advantages:
Cost-effective operation with lower dosage requirements.
Rapid water solubility, allowing quick and easy preparation.
Non-corrosive at recommended dosages, ensuring safe, economical, and efficient performance.
Reduces or eliminates the need for alum and additional ferric salts when applied as a primary coagulant.
Minimizes sludge generation, improving sludge dewatering efficiency and reducing disposal costs.
