- Effluent Quality Limits – Parameters such as pH, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), total suspended solids (TSS), heavy metals (e.g., copper, lead, nickel), and oil & grease must be within prescribed limits for Standard A or Standard B discharge zones.
