A belt type oil skimmer is a simple, effective device designed to remove floating tramp oil from CNC waste. 

How Belt Type Oil Skimmer Works

  1. The oleophilic belt rotates through the coolant tank.

  2. Floating oil sticks to the moving belt.

  3. The scraper removes oil as the belt reaches the top.

  4. Collected oil is discharged into a waste container.
